Over 155 m², you will find 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 8 people and 2 bathrooms, a cozy couch with a 50" flat-screen TV. Jena, Weimar and Leipzig are within easy reach. Ideal for families, groups and contractors. The space The space The vacation apartment "Sophia" is located on the ground floor of the city villa. The imposing stairwell with a historic solid wood staircase leads to the 155 m² apartment. It has just been renovated and has ample space for large travel groups. +++Sleeping+++ Healthy sleep is important. All 4 bedrooms are equipped with comfortable queen-size box spring beds (160 cm x 200 cm) for restful nights. The bed linen is breathable and ensures pleasant temperatures. We will freshly make the beds for you before your arrival and provide plenty of towels. If required, a side bed can be added for a toddler up to 24 months. In each of the bedrooms, you will find a closet and an additional seating area. +++Cooking+++ The spacious kitchen invites you to cook together. The kitchen is in high-gloss white and fully equipped. Whether it's analog while reading a book or digital while streaming your favorite series. The 50” smart TV leaves nothing to be desired in terms of entertainment (you can use streaming services like Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc., with your own account). +++Bathrooms+++ The two fully equipped bathrooms each have a vanity with an illuminated mirror and base cabinet, a shower, and a toilet. The towel radiator in the master bathroom keeps the towels pleasantly warm, and a washer-dryer is available. In addition, the apartment has another guest toilet. Guest access We will send you the specific arrival information a few days before the start of your stay in the apartment. There is a key safe available for you, which you can use to check in on your own easily. Other things to note We attach great importance to cleanliness and order, so our apartment is cleaned for you by a professional cleaning company and the sheets and towels are freshly washed by a laundry. To save you stress on arrival day, the beds are already made for you.
