The market, supermarkets and everything you need for your daily needs are within walking distance. Over 155 m², you will find 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 8 people and 2 bathrooms, a comfortable sofa with a 50" flat-screen TV. Jena, Weimar and Leipzig can be reached quickly. Ideal for families, groups and fitters. The space The space The "Sophia" holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the townhouse. The imposing stairwell with its historic solid-wood staircase leads you into the 155 m² apartment. It has just been renovated and has plenty of space for large groups of travellers. +++Sleeping+++ Healthy sleep is important. All four bedrooms are fitted with comfortable queen-size box spring beds (160 × 200 cm) for restful nights. The bedding is breathable and helps maintain a comfortable temperature. We will make the beds freshly for you before your arrival and provide a sufficient number of towels. If required, a side bed can be added for a toddler up to 24 months. In each of the bedrooms, you will find a wardrobe and an additional seat. +++Cooking+++ The spacious kitchen is ideal for cooking together. The kitchen is in high-gloss white and fully equipped. Whether it's analogue when reading a book or digital when streaming your favourite series. The 50-inch smart TV leaves nothing to be desired in terms of entertainment (you can use streaming services such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. with your own account). +++Bathrooms+++ Each of the two fully equipped bathrooms has a washbasin with an illuminated mirror and a base cabinet, a shower and a toilet. The heated towel rail in the main bathroom keeps towels pleasantly warm, and a washer-dryer is available. The apartment also has an additional guest toilet. Guest access We will provide you with detailed travel information a few days before the start of your stay at the holiday apartment. A key safe is available for you, which you can use to check in independently and easily. Other things to note We attach great importance to cleanliness and order, so our apartment is cleaned for you by a professional cleaning company and the sheets and towels are freshly washed by a laundry. To save you stress on arrival day, the beds are already made for you.
