Downtown and Playa Vikingos are a two-minute drive away. The space Two-story house in Tequesquitengo, designed for large groups looking to be all together with plenty of space. Top floor: 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Lower floor: 1 bedroom with double bed and full bathroom. In addition, a sofa bed in the living room that expands the capacity. All bedrooms have air conditioning and floor and wall fans, and all bathrooms have hot and cold water. It has a living room, dining room, kitchen equipped with a stove and oven, a large private pool, a charcoal and gas grill with a grill and fryer, and private parking for up to 3 cars. Guest access Guests have the whole house to themselves: bedrooms, pool, barbecue, common areas, and parking. Not shared with anyone else. Access is independent using a code. I'll share the instructions with you on the day of your arrival, so you can come in at a time that suits you. Other things to note Prime location: the Teques viewpoint is just a short walk away. The center and Playa Vikingos are a couple of minutes away by car, with restaurants, docks and boat rentals very close by. This house is next to our other, larger villa.
