The Marchioness, a place to stay.

The guestroom Marchioness, with lots of historical features, is situated on the ground floor of our monumental urban villa. It is located in a quiet 19th century area of Dordrecht; walking distant from the old city center. In our opinion the apartment is very suitable for long stay, but it is also ideal for short stay (minimum 3 nights). The space The apartment has a cozy living/bedroom with a double sized bed (2x0.80x2m), a comfortable couch and a dining/working table. The compact, but complete kitchenette contains: fridge, washing machine, electric stove, oven/microwave, nespresso coffee machine, toaster and juicer. Tableware and cutlery are present. The spacious and modern bathroom contains a rain shower, a basin, a separate lavatory and lots of closet space. Sheets, bathrobes, a hairdryer and towels are available Guest access The apartment has its own entrance. In front of the entrance is a terrace with morning sun. Adjacent to the house is a free parking space available for one car. During your stay Our quests are being welcomed personally. Quests are informed about the use of the apartment while checking in. We respect the privacy of our guests. Other things to note Dordrecht has, as being the oldest city in Holland, a rich history and an extensive cultural life. Marchioness’ location is between two important cultural hot spots in the city: Kunstmin Theatre, The Movies Cinema, Cultural Center Energiehuis, restaurant Kotinsky, hotel-restaurant Villa Augustus, two new cinema’s, and lots more. A walk through the beautiful Merwesteyn Park brings you at the butchers, bakery and crocery store in 10 minutes. In the vicinity you can visit the National Park De Biesbosch and to historical parks: the Merwesteyn Park and the Wantij Park.
