For safety reasons, these activities may be suspended during heavy rains, rough waters, or as per Govt. guidelines. The space The beach stay comprises of a 1 BHK on the ground floor and the first floor with separate entrances for each space. Each of the units are fully private and do not have any shared space within the units. The First floor unit comes with the following: 50" LED TV with Netflix subscription and sound bar connected via Bluetooth. 1 Bedroom with a beautiful sea view 1 Bathroom with an even more beautiful sea view. Kitchen with refrigerator, Microwave, Kettle with tea, coffee and milk, purified drinking water, 3 burner hob and cooking utensils. 1 large Sea view balcony with 2 chairs and a coffee table. The bedroom has 1 King size bed and 1 sofa cum bed which can accommodate an additional of 2 guests. The 1 BHK can accommodate maximum 4 guests. Other things to note Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance. However, guests are welcome to use our waiting area if they arrive before check-in or wish to stay a little longer after check-out. An external washroom on the ground floor is also available for freshening up. Food Arrangements: Breakfast can be arranged from a restaurant nearby at additional cost, menu of the same has been placed in the room. We have partnered with a few nearby restaurants that offer food delivery to the property. For restaurants that do not provide delivery, our caretakers can assist with food pickup for a nominal charge. Few options are also available through Swiggy and Zomato. To maintain our high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort, check-in and check-out timings are as follows: Ground Floor: Check-in at 2:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM. First Floor: Check-in at 1:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM We kindly request guests to adhere to these timings, as late check-out may incur additional charges. **Parking information** Parking & Security Deposit Reserved parking is available opposite the property premises. Guests who wish to park their vehicle inside the property premises are required to pay a refundable security deposit of ₹5,000. The security deposit will be refunded at the time of check-out, provided there is no damage to the property, furniture, fixtures, or other amenities. Any damages identified at check-out may be deducted from the security deposit.
