Escape to the countryside in this unique Mega Pod at Meadow Valley Farm. Perfect for families and small groups of 4-6 people, it features two cosy mezzanine sleeping areas, a sofa bed, two arcade game machines and a private wood-fired hot tub for 10. Relax in your own outdoor space, enjoy evenings under the stars, meet the friendly alpacas, and make the most of the lake and wild swimming. The space Tucked away within the peaceful grounds of Meadow Valley Farm, this unique Mega Pod offers a spacious countryside escape for families, friends and small groups (4-6 people), complete with a private wood-fired hot tub, outdoor space and plenty of entertainment. On arrival, enter the farm driveway where parking is located on the right-hand side. The parking area is just a short walk from the pods. Guests are welcome to drive down the gravel track to unload luggage and shopping before returning their vehicle to the designated parking area. Continue along the track past the lake on your right and into the meadow where the pods are situated. Inside, the pod has been thoughtfully designed to maximise both comfort and fun. The open-plan living area features a comfortable sofa bed, dining space, log burner (first night supplied), and a fully equipped kitchen with a double oven, hob, and fridge (small freezer), plus everything you need to prepare family meals during your stay. The pod also benefits from a full-sized shower room. Two cosy mezzanine sleeping areas create a memorable cabin-style experience, while two arcade gaming machines provide entertainment for both adults and children alike. Step outside onto your private decked area with outdoor seating, enjoy your own grassed space for games and relaxation, or unwind beneath the stars in the large wood-fired hot tub (a small supply of logs is provided). The peaceful setting offers the perfect balance of seclusion, comfort and adventure. Wood-fired hot tub The hot tub is wood-fired and guests are welcome to heat it themselves during their stay. Logs for the initial heat are provided. If you’d prefer the hot tub to be prepared and heating ahead of your arrival, we can arrange a pre-heating service for £39, which includes heating and someone attending to the fire before you arrive. As the tub is freshly filled with cold water on changeover day and heated entirely by wood, the exact heating time can vary. We’ll get the heating process well underway for you, but it may continue warming into the evening before reaching full temperature. Additional bags of logs are available for £10 per bag. Guests also have access to Meadow Valley Farm's fantastic on-site facilities, including a lakes for wild swimming (at guests' own risk with no on-site lifeguard) and friendly alpacas grazing nearby. Please note that dogs are not permitted due to the alpacas.
