Spacious and Rustic Self-Contained Annexe

Unwind in our beautiful, spacious and rustic annexe, near the village of Atherington. Our historic property features its own private front and back entrances, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a family bathroom, and two charming upstairs bedrooms. Guests are welcome to bring one well-behaved dog on their stay to make the most of the fantastic walks in the area. Our annexe has an outside patio area and garden access with ponies and sheep to meet a few feet further away! The space Please note: Our self-contained annexe is attached to our farmhouse and offers the perfect balance of privacy and convenience. Guests have exclusive use of the annexe, with their own private front and back entrances. The annexe is connected internally to the main house by two doors (one upstairs and one downstairs). For your privacy, these doors are securely locked throughout your stay, so the annexe functions as a completely separate accommodation. The main bedroom has a double bed and we can provide a travel cot if required. The smaller bedroom has bunk beds. The living room includes a double sofa-bed. Linen and towels for four guests are provided. Guest access Guests are very welcome to use the patio and garden area at the front of the house. Children need to be supervised while playing as there is a very steep bank. The courtyard to the rear of the kitchen is a shared area. If you would like to see the animals please let us know and we will introduce you to them! For the safety and wellbeing of both our guests and our animals, we ask that you please let us know in advance if you'd like to visit them. A member of our family will accompany you while you're with the animals and hopefully answer any questions. Other things to note Linen and towels are provided.
