1st floor of two-storey house with garden, in the wood and 5 km away from the sea/beach. Ideal for the ones (or families) adoring serenity, beach, history, recreation, and entertainment. Located on the traditional route of Smyrna-Ephesus. Close to the historical sites by car (i.e, Ephesus, St.Mary's House, Artemis Temple, Seven Sleepers, Sirince Village ), recreations (scuba and sky diving), one of the Europe's biggest Aquapark and night life of Kusadasi. 20km away from the Airport (ADB). The space The flat has 3 rooms, 1 living room and a large semi-closed terrace. It has 1 bathroom and 2 WCs. Suitable for accommodation in four seasons. The property owner lives on the lower floor of the two-storey house. Separate access to the upstairs to be rented. There are 2 televisions in the rooms. For leisure time, there are okey, backgammon, chess, 52 playing cards. Besides air conditioners, you will find 1 fan and 1 electric heater. In the bedroom there is a double bed, two single beds in the children's room, as well as 3 pull-out beds in the other rooms. Furnishing materials are available for each bed. The entire flat is ventilated before the stay and the furnishings and kitchen equipment are cleaned and delivered to our guests. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking at home (refrigerator, electric mini oven, microwave, gas stove, hot water jug, electric coffee pot, dishwasher and washing machine, electric barbecue, classic barbecue, pots and pans, serving utensils, etc.). Featuring 24/7 hot water, the bathroom has a walk-in shower, hairdryer and enough towels for guests. The garden with various fruit trees has a walking path and a humble swing, basketball hoop and pull-up bar for children. Parking is available in the fenced garden. Portable Wi-Fi is available to our guests during their stay. The quota is 50 GB per month; in case of need, additional package is available for a fee. Pets are not allowed in the flat. However, pets of our guests can be kept in the garden (outdoors). Access to the condo is via stairs. There is no elevator available. Nearby the sea is 3 markets (ŞOK, A101, BIM).
