Sleeping up to four guests (plus your pet), When booking for two adults (base fee) it is assumed this is for a couple using one bed, If this is not the case please contact to adjust booking, additional charge will apply. Please notify well in advance how you would like the bedrooms made up. The cottage features two spacious bedrooms: Master: King bed with reverse-cycle air conditioning Second: King bed or two extra-long single beds with reverse-cycle air conditioning Enjoy quality linen, a cosy wood combustion fire, high-speed Wi-Fi, two Smart TVs, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom has a separate toilet and shower (no bath). Outside, relax in the huge private backyard with a covered entertaining area, BBQ, outdoor lounge and dining space—ideal for kids, pets and enjoying the fresh country air. Off-street parking is provided. Pet friendly - Pets are not to go in carpeted rooms or on furniture. Little Livingston is the perfect base to explore the Limestone Coast, including the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Naracoorte Caves, the Coonawarra wine region, local walking trails and nearby natural attractions. Other things to note Pets are welcome, but please keep them off furniture and out of carpeted rooms. If additional cleaning is required due to pet use, an extra cleaning fee may be charged. No parties. Combustion Fire Place: Wood is supplied for the fire between 1st of April to the end of September. Wood supplied is sufficient for the fire each night of your stay. We do not supply wood to be used all day. Infant & bedding policy: Infant bookings (under 2 years) are free only when the child sleeps in a cot provided by the guest. Infants using a bed are charged $25 per night, per infant, and are counted as an additional guest.
