With family or friends, come and enjoy the Gîte du Bout des Prés, a place full of warmth and friendliness. Created in 2021, it will bring you well-being and unique memories. Located in the town of Doullens, about 1 hour from the Bay of Somme, and the Opal Coast, our cottage will offer you many choices of activities in the heart of nature and nearby (Walking/Fishing/cultural visit). Welcome! The space On the ground floor: - A great living room with a 6-person table, a TV/sofa area, a pellet stove. Warm atmosphere. - A small living room ( in the process of being set up) with tv, desk to work as well as to have fun. - A fully-equipped kitchen - A laundry room with a 10-kg washing machine - A separate toilet - A bedroom overlooking the garden double bed ( 160*190 ) with private bathroom with toilet ( Sheet and towel asking for the COMFORT option) - One bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190 cm). ( Sheet and towel asking for the COMFORT option) Upstairs: - Two bedrooms with double bed ( 140 *190)with velux garden side. ( Sheet and towel asking for the COMFORT option) - A bedroom with two single beds ( 90*190 ) ( ideal for children), ( Sheet and towel asking for the COMFORT option), an umbrella bed for very small ( sheet and towel asking for the COMFORT option). -One bathroom - A toilet The Comfort option is charged at €35 per person. Payment via Airbnb or upon arrival. Parking: - Parking in front of the cottage , 4-5 spaces. Yard: - 530m² wooded lawn with a pétanque court Apt/Patio: 100m2apartments ideal for outdoor meals. it is equipped with a bar area with freezer and fridge, a fireplace/BBQ area and an outdoor kitchen ( counter and fridge ). Neighborhood: As our cottage is located at the entrance to the village, the immediate neighbors are horses and chickens. Ideal for short outdoor walks. Guest access Located on departmental road 5 between Doullens and Lucheux, the cottage is the first farmhouse on the right when arriving in the village (white and gray facade, red tiles) Other things to note Several possible formulas: Weekly rental, 7 nights from Saturday 4:00 PM to Saturday 10:00 AM or Weekend from Friday 4:00 PM to Monday 10:00 AM or Midweek week Monday 4:00 PM to Friday 10:00 AM When making your booking, please let us know if you would like to choose the COMFORT option for the provision of bed sheets, bathroom towels and kitchen towels (€35 per person).
