Enjoy a week a month or several months in the affordable quiet setting. The space The property is a mobile home with kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom, a living area and lanai. The total area is approximately 500 square feet excluding the lanai. Guest access Upon registration with the HOA you will receive a FOB you will allow you to access community amenities. You are required to register with the Homeowners Association. The Arrival guide will provide more information about how to register. Other things to note This is a 55 and older community. To be eligible to rent this unit at least one member of your party must be age 55 or older at the time of arrival. Other guests must be age 45 or older, although those under age 45 can visit for 30 days or less. All occupants are required to register with the Homeowners association. When you register you will be issued a FOB that will allow you to access community amenities including the pool. The cost of registration is $50 to be paid directly to the HOA and at your option you can buy a FOB that will allow you to use the pool and other community amenities.
