Welcome to_ La Riaudaie_, a guest house located in the small town of Redon, on the border between countryside, marshes and the Atlantic Ocean ! The space Béatrice warmly welcomes you to her 2 tastefully decorated guest rooms. Positioned next to each other, the _"Côté cour_" and _"Côté jardin" _guest rooms offer an original formula. Sharing a bathroom (shower and WC) and breakfast room, they can be rented by a family or friends at the same time. If you are staying alone or with a partner, the second bedroom is not rented (contact Béatrice if you would like to rent both bedrooms). Whether you're looking for peace and quiet or a play area for your children, there's something for everyone. As well as the bedroom, you'll be able to make the most of the vast property: wild corners, flowerbeds, leisure areas with heated swimming pool from May to September, terrace with garden furniture, ping ping table, swings, trampoline. And let's not forget breakfast, served in a room adjoining your room, or under the pergola in fine weather. Carefully prepared by Béatrice using local produce, it will be a welcome addition to your days exploring the region. The location is ideal: just a few minutes from the town centre and the towpath. The region is just as rich ! Within an hour's drive, you can visit Rennes, the capital of Brittany, the charming village of La Gacilly, famous for its photography festival, Vannes and its beaches, the Pénestin cliffs, the Parc de Brière, the Forêt de Brocéliande... * The Côté Jardin room (on the 2nd floor): - Independent entrance, so you can enjoy your stay at your own pace. - Large, bright bedroom (140 cm bed) with wardrobe, desk and chairs. - Work space if you are away on business - Bathroom with shower and WC. This room is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. Day after day, she renovates the buildings and models the property in her own image: with care, cheerfulness and touches of colour. A keen animal watcher, she is spoilt for choice by the appearance of both common and rare specimens. A stork was spotted on the day of our visit !
