The space It's a 2026 built house but we are only giving first floor for guests . However, the floor is an independent 2 bedroom luxurious house with everything you will need for a memorable and lovely time in a typical village area in Kerala.Shops ,restaurants and public transport in kuruppanthara are within walking distance. Some of our past guests found it as a hub to backwaters of kerala like vembanadu lake and places like kumarakom(23 km).It's located just 2 km from the famous Malliyoor Temple and ancient syrian catholic churches like Kuravilangad church(6 km), muttuchira church(3 km). Kuruppanthara railway station is just 1 km away We are very flexible and will be able to provide anything you need; food(homely breakfast upon request), transport,tour guide and travel arrangements, etc. If requested an add-on service of Playstation 5 and/or racing simulator cockpit can be provided The space The home is fully tiled and in pristine condition having 2 luxurious bedrooms with queen-sized beds AC and ceiling fans.Both bedrooms have attached European-style bathrooms and hot water supply.All guests will be provided with essential toiletry set ,bed sheets, pillows and all other linen. Separate living and dining areas.The dining area has a beautiful 5-seat dining table.The living area is spacious with an outside view and sitting arrangements .Fully equipped european kitchen with (gas and induction stove options) basic amenities and appliances including purified water, salt, sugar,tea sachets, fridge, kettle,oven, sauce pan ,etc. The beautiful balcony sit-out with a peaceful view across the neighbourhood and greenery was loved by guests in the past.This is a family home and we wish for you to treat it with respect and care. There is no smoking allowed inside rooms but terrace can be utilised for it and also for drying clothes (other than the drying stand provided). Upon arrival, we will require a copy of your ID. Guest access Guest access has its own entrance nearby car parking area separate from the bottom floor main door for easy private access and is separated by a barrier door from the owner's floor. Barrier door is opened for cleaning, providing breakfast upon guest's request. The house has a car port for parking which will always be available for guests and if needed more cars can be accomodated in the premises . Guests have private access to entire first floor except a locked bedroom that can be availed in another airbnb listing option of 2 bedroom option . Owner and family stay on ground floor without any shared space with guests . We allow only one group at a time in our Suite ,to ensure privacy for you. Even though cupboard in bedrooms is spacious, the attic can be used if necessary.. The area also has an 8 kg washing machine available for guest use.Smoking allowed only in terrace. Other things to note Guests are admitted after cleaning .Cleaning with mop and vacuum cleaner are done every week and toilet cleaning every 3 days with daily collection of all wastes including food and sanitary waste free of cost. Broom and cleaning materials is also available. Add-on services 1. Homely Breakfast - 119 rupees/person (usual kerala combo like idli&sambhar + eggs +tea) .Subject to availability is 10 inch Italian margherita pizza(cheese , black olives,mushroom,jalepeno,tomato, onion) or the unique kerala pizza cooked by host at just 499 rupees . 2. Taxi service from/to Cochin International Airport 3. Entertainment: A 43 inch LED HD TV with free channels on living room with Amazon Prime subscription . If requested an additional playstation 5 and/or a Logitech G29 driving simulator with wheels and pedals setup will be provided. 4. An outdoor badminton court adjacent the property is available with racket and badminton shuttle .
