The Studio is in a quiet, convenient location near the bustling Farnham town centre, with its restaurants, coffee shops, castle and Maltings arts centre. It has self check-in, its own entrance, high speed broadband and is furnished to a high standard. It has off street parking and a small patio for guests with a table and chairs. Breakfast is provided and left for guests in the Studio. Farnham, 'world craft town' is a short train journey from London. There is good walking and many country pubs. The space The space is a studio flat at first floor level. There are three opening Velux windows with blackout blinds. The front door leads into an open plan studio with seating for two people and a low table with a flat screen, smart TV and superfast broadband. There is a double bed and a chest of drawers. In the kitchen area there is a fridge, hob, sink unit, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and table with seating for four people. There is a separate room with WC, basin and shower. Guest access Guests have sole access to the studio with there own garden gate. They have an area in the garden where they can sit and relax in the fresh air and there is off street parking.
