Guest access During your stay, you'll have exclusive use of your private accommodation, designed to ensure maximum independence and comfort. 🗝️ Common Areas: You'll have full access to the charming historic courtyard, an area shared between the three "Le Bey" accommodations. Here, you can freely use the Honesty Bar for a moment of relaxation, a coffee, or a drink outdoors. 🌿🍹 Other things to note Breakfast: every morning, in the small self-service bar, you will find a fresh baked product in the basket dedicated to your accommodation. As for drinks, the Caffitaly machine allows you to prepare normal coffee, ginseng, cappuccino, hot chocolate or a selection of teas using the available capsules. In the bar refrigerator you can choose between different fruit juices and milk. Finally, on the counter you will find inviting tarts, while in the accommodations packaged products are available. And for the evening, bitters, grappas and liqueur creams are available to be sipped in the courtyard. The bar is available to all guests. Please help us keep it clean, as there is no dedicated staff. External SERVICES: Washing machine and dryer at the coin-operated laundry in the nearby Sanarica 1 km away. ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES: Check-in from 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm on the day of arrival - check-out by 10:00 am on the day of departure. BEACH SERVICE: Oikia Vacanze offers beach service in agreement with the Salento Holiday Beach establishment, optional for a fee, subject to limited availability, to be booked directly with the service manager ANIMALS: Admitted only if well-behaved €40.00 per stay for special cleaning LATE CHECK-OUT AND CHECK-OUT: the supplement per room foreseen for customers who intend to occupy the room on the morning of the day of arrival and leave it after 10:00 on the day of departure is equal to €50.00 for check-out by 13:00, subject to availability.
