Self contained room, own entrance, secluded patio garden, quiet surroundings right in the New Forest National Park. Medium firm king size bed, en-suite shower room, wifi, TV, silent mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, tea, coffee, condiments, complimentary drinks & snacks. Step into 71.000 acres of the National Park. Free roaming donkeys, ponies, cows & deer just out from our cattle grid (pigs close by in Autumn). Relax, rejuvenate and explore. The space The en-suite room by the side of the house down a few shallow steps. It situated on the lower side at garden level with own entrance, patio garden. We live above on the other side. Underfloor heating throughout and cool in summer. The kitchenette has a microwave, toaster, kettle, condiments, crockery etc (no cooker or hob) Features: a secluded patio with table, chairs, parasol, sun loungers and BBQ on request. Please see “house rules” and the "additional house rules", thank you! Guest access Access is via the side passage with shallow steps (possibly unsutable for those with mobility issues). Motion sensor lights will illuminate when dark. We'll be in touch to give you details nearer the check-in date. Park on our drive, or directly outside by our gate if you prefer. Ask for an earlier check in / later check out and if we can we will. Other things to note The macerator toilet takes toilet paper NOTHING else! No wipes, latex or food etc. Countryside plumbing means you'll hear some drainage squelchy sounds, its not a problem. WE CLEAN AND SANITISE: - high-touch surfaces. - use approved cleaners/disinfectants. - protect & prevent contamination. - thoroughly clean the room. - provide extra cleaning supplies. Due to carrying out extra safe cleaning, washing, laundry and oil fired boiler heating we have added a fee.
