Forest Palms Studio The New Forest National Park

Self contained room, own entrance with secluded patio garden in quiet surroundings within the New Forest National Park. Medium firm king size bed, ensuite shower room, wifi, TV, silent mini-fridge, microwave, (no cooker) toaster, crockery, tea, coffee, complimentary drinks & snacks. Step into 71.000 acres of the National Park within The New Forest. Free roaming donkeys, ponies, cows & deer just out from our cattle grid (pigs close by in Autumn). Relax, rejuvenate and explore. The space The room is situated on its own at garden level with own entrance and secluded patio. Access is by the side of the house down 4 shallow steps (not suitable perhaps for those with mobility issues). The room forms part of the corner of our house. Features: a secluded patio with table, chairs, parasol, sun loungers and BBQ on request. There’s underfloor heating throughout. The room is cool in summer. The kitchenette has a microwave, toaster, kettle, condiments, crockery etc but no cooker/hob. Please see “house rules” and the "additional house rules", thank you! Guest access Access to the room is via the side passage with shallow steps (possibly unusitable for those with mobility issues). Motion sensor lights will illuminate when dark. The door will be unlocked .. or the key will be in the keysafe by the door. We'll be in touch to give you details nearer the check-in date. Park on our drive to the right of our garage or directly outside by our gate if you prefer. Ask for an earlier check in / later check out and if we can we will. Other things to note The ensuite has a macerator toilet which only takes toilet paper NOTHING else! No wipes, latex or food etc. Countryside plumbing means you'll hear some squelchy noises when showering etc Its not a problem. WE CLEAN AND SANITIZE: - high-touch surfaces. - use approved cleaners/disinfectants. - protect & prevent contamination. - thoroughly clean the room. - provide extra cleaning supplies. Due to carrying out extra safe cleaning, washing and laundry we have added a small cleaning fee.
