The space Designed with comfort, style and relaxation in mind, Lake & Lights is a beautifully appointed private studio offering everything you need for a memorable stay in beautiful Belmont. The studio features a comfortable queen bed with quality linen, warm timber-look flooring, reverse-cycle air conditioning, a full-length mirror and soft ambient lighting to create a welcoming atmosphere day and night. Relax with your favourite shows on the 42-inch Smart TV with complimentary Netflix, or simply unwind after a day exploring Lake Macquarie. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a bar fridge, microwave, air fryer, electric frypan, kettle, toaster, sink, cooking utensils, crockery and glassware—perfect for preparing breakfast or a light meal during your stay. The modern bathroom offers a spacious walk-in shower, quality fittings and complimentary body wash. Outside, you’ll also find a private hot and cold outdoor shower, ideal after a day at the beach. The studio comfortably accommodates up to three guests, with a queen bed and a pull-out sofa bed available for one additional guest. Sofa Bed The pull-out sofa bed is suitable for one additional guest. Please note that when sofa bed is pulled out, the space is very limited. If your booking requires the sofa bed, fresh linen will be left ready for you. Please refer to the Studio Guide for the simple step-by-step setup instructions. For those wanting to enjoy the outdoors, guests are welcome to use the two soft-top surfboards, two bodyboards and inflatable stand-up paddleboard (SUP) during their stay. Equipment is provided for your enjoyment and is used at your own risk. Located just a 10-minute walk to Belmont 16s Sailing Club and only minutes from Lake Macquarie, beautiful beaches, cafés and restaurants, Lake & Lights is the perfect base for a relaxing coastal escape. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the private studio via a separate rear laneway entrance, allowing you to come and go with complete privacy throughout your stay. The studio is completely separate from the main residence and is surrounded by privacy screening, creating a peaceful and secluded space to relax. The studio is approximately a 10-minute walk to Belmont 16s Sailing Club and only a short drive to Lake Macquarie, local cafés, restaurants and some of the region’s most beautiful beaches. Other things to note Please note: The studio does not have a washing machine. A modern 24-hour laundromat, The Tumble Club (469 Pacific Highway, Belmont), is just a short 500-metre walk from the studio. The studio is accessed via a rear laneway with a short walk from the street parking area.
