Expect a quiet and peaceful staying in a very relaxed town, placed near the main beaches of the portuguese south region. House was renovated, deeply renovated and many of the interior spaces got refurbished too. The idea was to create more of a winter cottage that, at the same time, would work as a summer holiday spot regarding its proximity to the Algarve's seashore. Fell free to ask all your questions about the house. HOUSE RULES: Check-out up until 11am. Smoking is not allowed INSIDE the house. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed. TOURISTIC/LOCAL TAX: Starting November 1st 2024, Boliqueime and all the Loulé area is charging 2€ per person per night during high season and 1€ per person per night during low season on the first 5 nights of the stay. This is not my tax, we (Airbnb hosts, Hostels, Hotels, etc) have the obligation to charge this tax to all guests and deliver it to the local authorities. Therefore, all guests must pay this fee in cash once they arrive at the house for check-in. This is MANDATORY and guests who refuse to pay the touristic tax will not be allowed to check-in. CHECK-IN FORMS: Filling in the check-in forms is mandatory by law to all guests. Guests who refuse to fill in the forms are not allowed to stay at Casa Lourdes. Casa Lourdes has a maximum capacity of 6 guests and this capacity can never be exceeded. It is prohibited by law, the fines are high and we homeowners can lose our Local Accommodation license. In such situations, there will be a consequent expulsion from the house without reimbursement for the stay. Be honest with the number of guests when making your reservation. We never get tired of warning people about these things because unfortunately situations like these have happened in the past.
