Double Room (Y) Haven of tranquility

We live in a friendly quiet neighbourhood with good bus links and shops near by. 10 minutes to the City 🚌 20 minutes to the University 🚌 *Free parking 🚗 🏍 *Do not bring your pets 🐈 🐕 ×No washing machine The room has a lock on the door and inside your room you will find: a comfortable double bed, wardrobe with mirror, dressing table and stool, table and chair, TV, WiFi, tea & coffee faculties, microwave, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer and an iron. The space This is a 5 bedroomed house which is situated in a friendly and very quiet neigherhood. The house is clean and well maintained. Guest access Check in is at 5 pm. Please ask if you need to check in after or before 5 p.m. There is lock box next to the front door. The lock box contains a key to open the front door, but please put the key back into the lock box when the door has been unlocked.. The code for the lock box will be sent to you in a message. During your stay We are available 24/7 to answer any of your questions. We can recommend activities that we have taken part in and can vouch for. You are given privacy when you are settled into your room and you can lock your room door and come and go when you like. For the front door ... has a key box which is located outside on the wall next to the front door. Please do not take the key away from the property, it must be replaced back inside the lock box. Other things to note Buses run every 15 mins to the City and there are direct Buses to NNH.. no's 11 and 12. ×free parking ×No washing machine ■ Sorry no pets allowed This has been our family home since 1989. We have two dogs who sometimes bark, as dogs do but are mainly quiet. The dogs never go upstairs into the guest's room. We also, have a cat, but sometimes he goes upstairs but is not allowed in the guest rooms. You won't have any contact with our beautiful dogs because they are at the back of the house in the conservatory and garden.
