Surrounded by nature, with a shared garden and pool, and cosy spaces, it is ideal for families looking for peace and quiet. Just 40 minutes from Barcelona. The space The house has 4 bedrooms, comfortably arranged for families or groups of up to 8 guests. There are two bedrooms with double beds measuring 150 x 200 cm, one bedroom with 80 cm single beds, and a fourth children’s bedroom with an IKEA kids’ bunk bed. The living and dining area is spacious and welcoming, with a Smart TV, air conditioning, fireplace, a three-seater sofa, two armchairs, and a dining table for 8 guests. One of its special details is an antique-style lamp with plenty of character, adding a unique touch to the room. The kitchen has been recently renovated and is fully equipped, with Balay appliances and a SMEG oven. The house also has two full bathrooms, both newly refurbished. There is also a pleasant indoor gallery area with a table for 4 and a summer dining set, ideal for a relaxed breakfast, reading, or enjoying a quiet meal. Outside, guests can enjoy shared areas with the other owners: the garden, swimming pool and barbecue area. It is a peaceful, family-friendly setting, designed for resting, disconnecting and enjoying the house while respecting shared living. Guest access The swimming pool, garden and BBQ area are shared spaces with the other property owners. The atmosphere is peaceful, family-friendly and very welcoming, designed to be enjoyed with respect and comfort. The pool area has a couple of sun loungers and a table for 4 people, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The BBQ area is also available for guests to use, as long as it is left clean and tidy afterwards. Pets are welcome, but if you come with your pet, it is essential to pick up after them in the garden so we can keep the space pleasant for everyone. Other things to note The house is located in a quiet residential area, so good coexistence with the neighbours and respect for the surroundings are very important to us. We want you to enjoy your stay with freedom and comfort, while always maintaining a peaceful and respectful atmosphere. For this reason, parties, events and celebrations are not allowed on the property. The legal capacity of the house is 8 guests, and this must be respected at all times. The swimming pool is available throughout the day, and we prefer not to set strict opening hours. However, we kindly ask guests to use it responsibly and always respect the peace, rest and privacy of the neighbours and everyone sharing the property.
