Our facility is a private, single-family home located in a quiet residential area of Akiruno, Tokyo, about an hour's drive from the centre of the city. Tokyo Summer Land is a 17-minute drive away, and Akigawa River play and BBQ spots are within a 20-minute drive.There are also three day-use hot springs within a 20-minute drive, making it a convenient base for visiting Fussa and Yokota. This accommodation prioritises a clean and comfortable space.The entire house has been renovated for the opening, and the bed, kitchen and bathroom have been refurbished to ensure a comfortable stay.It also retains the warmth unique to an old house, with a wooden ceiling and soft lighting. For two families, the rooms can be split between the first and second floors.The kitchen is equipped with a full set of cooking utensils and tableware. Please note that you can only enjoy your own fireworks in the garden (until 9 pm; aerial fireworks are not permitted). Other things to note As this is a residential area, please refrain from making loud noises or having conversations outdoors at night. You may not use the property for parties or events, and you may not have a BBQ on the premises. You can enjoy fireworks in the garden until 9 pm, but only hand-held fireworks (please refrain from using aerial or noisy fireworks). As the property is close to nature, insects may appear depending on the season and weather. We check for them during cleaning and take measures as much as possible, but we appreciate your understanding. There is a cat that is well cared for in the neighbourhood. It generally does not enter the premises, but you may hear it meow at certain times. As this is an older house, there is a slight slope in some areas, such as at the edge of the tatami mats. This is not a problem for a normal stay, but if you value uniformity like in a newly built hotel, please check the photos before booking. On the other hand, the river and greenery are right nearby, and it is a quiet environment where you can sleep well at night.
