Apartment has a large terrace with direct access to the garden and the pool. 1 bedroom with double bed 180 cm (separable) 1 sofa bed 160 cm in living room, Built-in cabinet, Living room with open kitchen and access to the terrace and the garden TV. Kitchenette, 2 plate gas range, Fridge-freezer Microwave with baking function Bathroom with bathtub, toilet, bidet, Satellite TV, Internet WiFi Air conditioner cold and warm in the bedroom, Gas heater. Sun beds on the private terrace. There is a bus to PALMA and INCA, from there an S-Bahn to Palma and a bus to the beach to PORT-ALCUDIA. A rental car is highly recommended. The house as well as the garden and pool area are not designed for toddlers. For security and liability reasons, we can therefore only accept bookings with school-age children. There are 4 other apartments in the house, whose guests also use the garden and the pool.
