The space Wake up to birdsong and unwind in our bright, clean and peaceful two-bedroom countryside annex, tucked away in a quiet village near Kimbolton and conveniently located just minutes from Junction 16 of the A14. The annex comfortably sleeps four guests across two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and the other with a queen-size bed. Whether you're visiting for work, attending a local event, or enjoying a countryside getaway, our annex offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Guests enjoy private access via a side gate, providing independence and privacy throughout their stay. Inside, you'll find a comfortable and welcoming living and dining area with pleasant views over the garden, creating the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The annex includes free Wi-Fi, comfortable seating, and electric heating throughout to keep you cosy during the cooler months. During the summer, a portable air conditioning unit can be provided to help keep the space comfortable on warmer days. A dedicated workspace with a desk, chair and laptop-friendly setup is also available, making the annex ideal for remote working or business stays. The kitchen is equipped with cooking essentials, an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and everything needed to prepare simple meals during your stay. The bathroom is compact but modern, featuring a modern electric shower, basin and toilet. A portable washing machine is also available for longer stays. Set within approximately 0.3 acres of grounds, the property enjoys a tranquil rural setting surrounded by beautiful countryside. Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden and a private outdoor seating area, perfect for morning coffee, dining outdoors, or simply relaxing while listening to the birds singing. Use of a BBQ can also be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability. Access to an outdoor pizza oven and fire pit is also available on request, helping you make the most of long summer evenings in the countryside. Parking is available on a shared driveway, and for added peace of mind, security cameras monitor the driveway and exterior areas of the property. Access to a 7kW EV charger can also be arranged for an additional fee. We're dog friendly too, making the annex an ideal base for countryside walks and adventures with your four-legged companion. While the village itself does not have any restaurants or pubs, there are several excellent options just a short drive, cycle or walk away, including The White Horse at Tilbrook and The New Sun Inn in Kimbolton. For everyday essentials, there is also a Budgens supermarket in Kimbolton. Larger supermarkets can be found around 15-20min away. Guest access You will have private access to the annex and garden via the side gate. You are welcome to make use of the garden but please monitor pets and children while in the garden. Other things to note - If you have booked to bring a dog, we please ask you to bring a bed or blanket for them to use. - TV is via a Firestick which has all the main apps downloaded for you to login to. - A selection of board games and books are kept within the annex which guests are welcome to enjoy but please return at the end of your stay.
