At the intersection of three historic municipalities, the oldest in continental America, Veracruz is now 500 years old, all three have ancient chapels, El Cristo del Buen Viaje from 1609 (Veracruz), Santa Ana from 1776 (Boca Del Río) and San Miguel Arcángel from 1524 (Medellín) which is the second built in continental America after the Hermitage of the Rosary in La Antigua from 1523. Outside on the pool terrace, a couple of masonry and cast iron tables, each with six chairs and their respective awnings, has 7 sun loungers and additional chairs, a gas grill with rotisserie and burners complete the equipment of that terrace in the pool area. Access is controlled by a doorman and once inside the Villa you enjoy total privacy. The parking lot can accommodate up to 8 vehicles in the shade and even more in the open. Other things to note Around the Villa we have different shops and services: 4 gas stations, 4 Oxxo stores, 2 Guadalajara pharmacies, similar pharmacies, Bodega Aurrerá, Súper Soriana, Chedraui Select, pizzerias (at least 5 including Domino's and Little Caesar's), several seafood restaurants, Pollo Feliz, Pollo Leñero, hamburgers, and taquerias. The Boca Del Río restaurant area is just six kilometers away, in a straight line, following the Río Jamapa boulevard (without traffic lights, just 15 minutes away) and the area of beaches and estuaries begins there.
