Licence # 25-156086 The space Our place is near the fabulous Commercial Drive, a 5 minute walk to Trout Lake park and community centre, 10 minute walk to the foodie hub Fraserhood and 20 minute walk to Main Street. We are an 11 minute drive from downtown and 3 minute walk from the Victoria 20 bus to Commercial Drive and Downtown. The local supermarket is within walking distance and you can stroll to the Commercial Street Cafe or the famous Flourist for a great breakfast. Our nearly 100 year old craftsman home is welcoming and celebrates diversity. We look forward to helping your stay be fun and comfortable. The downstairs suite is recently renovated with a sparkling new bathroom. It does NOT have a kitchen but we provide a Keurig coffee machine, a kettle, microwave, a bar fridge, tea, coffee, mugs and wine glasses. We also provide compostable plates and cutlery for guests. There is body wash, a hair dryer and an iron. Guest access - Keyless touch-pad entry - Apple TV and Netflix. - wifi Other things to note We live upstairs with our kids and while we try to be very conscious of keeping it down, the house is old and noise does travel at time.
