Eagleview - Tinderry Mountain Escape

Get away from it all in this peaceful mountain cabin where you can enjoy the quiet and spectacular views from our property sitting at 1450m above sea level on 100 acres of beautiful bushland. The property gives you the opportunity to enjoy long bush walks, read a book while taking in your surrounds, keep an eye out for wildlife and enjoy the spectacular night sky while sitting around a fire. The property is accessible by 2WD however we strongly recommend AWD or 4WD for easy access. The space The property is completey off grid with solar power and tank water so appropriate water and power management is important. Coffee pods, tea and sugar are available for use however we recommend that all guests bring all necessary groceries with them for the duration of your stay as the closest access to food and basic groceries is in Michelago at the bottom of the mountain. Guest access Guests have open access to all parts of the property except for the closed garage - it stores personal belongings and you are not missing out on anything not having access. The neighbouring properties are all private property so guests need to be mindful when walking not to climb over locked/closed gates and fences into neighbouring properties. Other things to note Bedroom 1 (the queen bed) is located in the main cabin with the 2 single beds located in the shipping container to the side of the cabin in the fenced yard. Given the cold temperatures in winter and the fact that the property is powered only by solar we recommend the single bed mattresses be brought into the main cabin so all guests can enjoy the lovely warmth of the fireplace.
