Welcome to your home away from home in the lovely Downland village of Kingston, near Lewes. We are right on the South Down's Way and have a fantastic pub, The Juggs Arms, just a short walk away. We are within easy reach of Brighton, as well as being just a couple of miles from the historic county town of Lewes. Please note that the entirety of the property, including the outside spaces is non-smoking. The space The Garden Flat is a one bedroom flat with a brand new fully fitted open plan kitchen/ sitting room and brand new en-suite shower room. The recently redecorated and updated bedroom has an extremely comfortable Vi-spring king sized bed. As well as a dedicated terrace and free onsite parking, you are most welcome to use all parts of the garden, which used to be opened to the public twice yearly as part of the National Garden Scheme. Please note that there are several steps down to the entrance so the flat is unsuitable for guests with mobility difficulties. Guest access We have a beautiful half acre garden with plenty of quiet spots to sit and enjoy the beautiful Downland View. Other things to note Please be aware that there are several steps down to access the flat. It is self contained with its own front door. It has a kitchen/sitting room (with a sofa, great TV, kitchen table and chairs to seat 4) and a separate en-suite bedroom with a very comfy bed.
