A space designed to make you feel at home — whether it's for a romantic getaway, a solo break, a business trip, or a trip with a baby (cot available on request). The space ✨ The studio is fully equipped for a comfortable stay: private terrace, air conditioning, TV, WiFi included, and a washing machine available free of charge. You'll also have access to our jacuzzi, shared with the hosts. Towels and linen are provided. Quiet and independent, it is suitable for both business travelers and vacationers in search of rest. Other things to note 📍 Ideally located: the beach is 5 km away, the 4-lane highway is 3 minutes away, and all everyday amenities are about 100 meters away — bakery, Vival supermarket, pharmacy, greengrocer, gas station, and bus stop. Free parking is available in front of the house on the public road. We live there and will be delighted to welcome you warmly and share our best places in the area!
