Lodge No. 17 is a small, independent holiday home in Vils – with its own entrance, its own parking space right in front, a terrace and a balcony. No shared corridors, no waiting for other guests. You can come and go whenever you want. 55 m² on two levels: downstairs, a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen with access to the terrace; upstairs, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony with a view of the mountains. Füssen and Neuschwanstein are about 10 minutes away, Reutte 15. The space Below: bright living room with a corner sofa (pull-out for 2 people), TV and a large window facing the terrace. Dining area right by the window. The kitchen has an oven, hob, dishwasher, capsule machine, toaster and kettle. Up the spiral staircase: bedroom with solid wood bed and access to the balcony, plus the bathroom with walk-in shower, reclaimed wood washbasin and towel radiator. There is space in the entrance hall for skis, poles, boots and rucksacks. Bicycles are stored under cover. Guest access The whole house is yours alone. You have your own entrance away from the street, your own parking space right in front, and you can use the terrace and balcony without other guests. Check-in is straightforward: the key is right in the door when you arrive – no key handover, no waiting, you arrive whenever it suits you. When you leave, please just put the key back in the door. Other things to note A few things you should know beforehand: – A spiral staircase leads upwards. This is impractical for those with reduced mobility. – There is no washing machine or dryer. – The house has been freshly renovated, but it is not a new build. Some things are old and are allowed to be. – Dogs are welcome. Please let us know in advance. – Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building.
