Our house is quietly and centrally located in the heart of Sexten, with shops, restaurants and a bus stop right outside the door. The ground-floor holiday apartment, renovated in fall 2026, is barrier-free and furnished with a lot of love for detail, combining modern design with alpine charm. Plenty of wood and high-quality furnishings invite you to feel good. Enjoy your getaway on the private patio with a garden. The space The apartment can accommodate 2 to 3 people and features a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. High-quality materials, lots of wood and loving details create a warm, feel-good atmosphere. From the large terrace, you have direct access to the garden. The modern kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob, a combination microwave with grill function, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, a filter coffee machine, an Italian mocha pot, a kettle and a toaster. Free WiFi, Smart TV, safe, bed linen and towels are of course included. A private parking space right by the house is reserved for you. Guest access On the ground floor you will find a shoe room with a shoe dryer. You can store skis and bikes in our garage. A charging station is available for your e-bike.
