Pozzo di Mezzo B&B is a residence created from the restoration of an ancient Emilian farmhouse, where old roof tiles, original stones, and fine craftsmanship tell the story of the area and give the rooms a warm and inviting atmosphere. Located in the city of Bologna, just 4 km from the historic center, it is a 5-minute walk from Via Toscana, where you will find restaurants, bars, shops, and bus stops that allow you to reach the most beautiful area of the historic center in just 10-15 minutes. The space The taste of tradition is combined with contemporary comfort to offer an authentic welcome, capable of combining the convenience of the city with the pleasure of a green oasis overlooking the Parco dei Gessi Bolognesi, an area of extraordinary scenic value that is part of the UNESCO site. The B&B has 3 rooms, for a maximum of 6 beds, with the possibility of adding a single bed. The well-kept rooms of different types, all with independent entrances accessible from the garden, are equipped with: TV, Wi-Fi, herbal tea kettle, Nespresso machine, air conditioning, Ortigia toiletries, slippers, hairdryer, vanity set, shower cap and shaving set, Simons mattresses for a regenerating rest, soft Oeko-Tex certified hypoallergenic duvets, and fine pure cotton percale satin linens from the Fazzini Home line. "Breakfast in the room" option included: You will find Nespresso coffee, tea, herbal teas and packaged croissants in your room. The water at the B&B is softened for your greater well-being... and, above all, the wonderful Ms. Mariana dedicates great attention and a lot of time to the daily cleaning of your room. The prices for the entire stay include Wi-Fi connection and private parking. Excluding the Accommodation Taxes of the Municipality of Bologna and the €2.00 stamp duty for the tax receipt. ° Pet-friendly: We only accept dogs that are well socialized and not aggressive towards other dogs or cats. Your 4-legged friends are welcome guests; there is a daily surcharge of €15.00. €5.00 will be donated to the Elisabetta Franchi Onlus Foundation, which has always been active in defending the rights of animals. Bowls for food and water will be provided. Out of respect for the other guests, my kittens, and my dachshund, dogs can relax in the garden but must be kept on a leash. If conditions permit, they may be left free. Any waste left in the B&B garden, as is the case in public areas, must be kindly collected and placed in the designated outdoor bin: we will take care of its disposal in the correct waste container. If you have forgotten something for your furry friends, you can find everything you need at Isola dei Tesori, located 450 meters from the B&B. There is a dedicated area for walking dogs 200 meters from the property. They may not be left alone inside the room. ° Rider- and cyclist-friendly: There is a shed available for motorcycles and a wooden house for bicycles equipped with an alarm system. ° Guests can enjoy the garden in total freedom: under the patio, the wine and beverage cellar is available for a fee. ° Smoke friendly in the garden. Guest access Check-in from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Check-in from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. for a surcharge of €10.00. Check-in from 10:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. for a surcharge of €20.00. Check-in from 11:00 p.m. to midnight incurs a surcharge of €30.00. Check-in from midnight to 1:00 a.m. for an extra charge of €40.00. Check-out by 10:00 a.m. Late check-out: Depending on our availability, you can request a late check-out, which allows you to leave the room between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on the day of departure. If there is availability, the amount due for late check-out is 50% of the daily rate. ° Free private parking Guests can take advantage of a large free private car park, located on the property and reserved exclusively for the B&B. Access is guaranteed by a gate that opens with a personal code, provided at check-in, which allows entry and exit, both by car and on foot, at any time, with complete freedom and autonomy. To ensure the safety of the guests and the property, the B&B is equipped with an alarm system and a video surveillance system, installed in full compliance with current privacy and security regulations. An additional advantage is the location of the property: although it is in the city of Bologna, the B&B is outside the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) of the historic center. Even roadside parking areas outside the historic center are often difficult to find and are subject to hourly rates. You can then leave your car in the private parking lot without worrying about fines, permits, or parking difficulties, and easily reach the center by public transport, enjoying the city with complete peace of mind.
