The space You will access the chalet via a pleasant terrace where a private Jacuzzi under a pergola awaits you, offering a magnificent view of the lake. You can also enjoy the terrace, which is equipped with a barbecue and two deck chairs, ideal for sharing a meal or simply relaxing while facing the water. Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, perfect for cooking in peace during your stay. The air-conditioned living room includes a comfortable sofa bed, coffee table and TV, and offers pleasant views of the lake. The chalet also has an air-conditioned master bedroom with a queen-size bed as well as a loft area equipped with a bunk bed, ideal for children. 5-person Jacuzzi (2 places lying down and 3 places sitting) installed under a pergola facing the lake. At the front of the chalet, a courtyard is available for easy parking of your vehicle. Other things to note Located on the shores of Lake Ardres, the chalet offers a peaceful setting that is ideal for unwinding. However, the immediate proximity of the lake requires particular vigilance: the supervision of children remains the full responsibility of the parents, both in the garden and on the pontoon. The private outdoor hot tub, installed under a pergola facing the lake, is accessible all year round. However, its use may be affected by weather conditions beyond our control. In the middle of nature, you will enjoy birdsong and a quiet environment. As in any natural area, it is also possible to encounter a few mosquitoes or to see small wild animals, which are evidence of the richness of this environment. The chalet is equipped with a 200-liter hot water tank, perfectly suited for normal use. However, in the event of particularly long and successive showers, the hot water may temporarily run out.
