We offer 2 atypical and comfortable rooms with breakfast included. We can accommodate up to 5 people in our rooms. A private bathroom, shower and toilet will be reserved for you. Breakfast is homemade, local and organic, with fresh seasonal products. There is a large shaded terrace, the perfect space for breakfast in the morning sun, or simply to relax. We have a secure bicycle garage available to you free of charge. The space Gemjo Barge & Lock House No. 17, on the Canal Latéral à la Garonne, Castelsarrasin. Gemjo, our Dutch Barge (Clipper) 30m long and 5m wide, is moored at the Lock House No17, 2051 chemin des Courtinals Castelsarrasin (82100) in the Tarn and Garonne, France. She has been converted into a comfortable home, where we live aboard all year round. The Lock House No. 17 welcomes visitors during the day for a coffee, cold drinks and ice cream, and in the evening becomes a cosy and private retreat for your exclusive use. Halfway between Agen and Toulouse (by bicycle), we offer you a well-deserved break. * * * ~ LOCK HOUSE No. 17 ~ At the Lock House, we offer 2 atypical and comfortable rooms with breakfast included. We can accommodate up to 5 guests. A private bathroom with shower and WC will be reserved exclusively for you. Breakfast is all homemade, local and organic with fresh seasonal produce. There is a large shady terrace ~ a space for breakfast in the morning sun, or just for relaxing. Inside, there is a comfortable and welcoming sitting and dining area for the cooler mid-season evenings. A bookshelf and a selection of board games are at your disposal. We have a locked, private bicycle and motorcycle garage available free of charge. * * * An evening meal can be arranged on request, and several restaurants are available from 3km around the Lock House and the Barge. * * * You will find us on the Entre-Deux-Mers cycle route, close to the town of Castelsarrasin and the town of Moissac, with its Abbaye Saint-Pierre and Cloisters (UNESCO listed) on the Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle Pilgrim Path.
