Zea&Lea Room - Locanda Divinis

Welcome to Locanda Divinis, a family-run property in Cerea, in the heart of the Verona plain, between Verona, Mantua, Rovigo, and Padua. We will welcome you in an authentic setting, with a rich breakfast included, featuring typical local products, sweet and savory specialties, and homemade desserts. Our kitchen is reserved for guests of the Locanda, and to ensure quality and freshly prepared service, a reservation is required. The space The Zea & Lea Comfort Rooms are located on the second floor of the Locanda Divinis and are the largest accommodations in the building, with an area of approximately 24 m². Each has its own personality: one is characterized by exposed beams, the other by a more modern and linear style. They can be prepared with a double bed or with two single beds. An extra bed can also be added to the Zea Room, making it suitable for up to three guests. The highlight of this category is the large terrace equipped with a gazebo, coffee table, sun loungers, umbrella, and barbecue, an ideal space for relaxing outdoors. The rooms have fast Wi-Fi, independent air conditioning, TV, minibar, desk, private bathroom, and free parking space. The stay includes a rich breakfast with typical local products, sweet and savory specialties, and homemade desserts. Other things to note We like to personally welcome our guests and want their stay to be as pleasant as possible. Check-in is available from 4 pm for bookings made through online portals and from 3 pm for direct bookings. If the room is ready, we will be happy to make it available earlier. We kindly ask you to inform us of an approximate arrival time so that we can prepare the room at the ideal temperature, organize your welcome, personally hand over the keys, and show you the facility and the services available. Parking is free, located on the property next to the entrance, and is under video surveillance. Each guest receives their own keys and can return freely at any time, respecting the quiet hours (12:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.). Breakfast is included and is served from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. (on weekends from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., unless otherwise requested by guests). Upon request, we prepare vegetarian options and, with at least 48 hours notice, we can arrange meals for those with lactose or gluten intolerance. Our kitchen is reserved exclusively for the guests of the Locanda and any companions they may have. To ensure freshly prepared dishes and reduce waste, the service is available by reservation only, preferably at least 48 hours in advance. We accept one pet per room (exceptionally two, depending on size and availability), with a cleaning surcharge of €15. Children up to 3 years old stay free of charge if they use a travel cot; any extra bed is available at the applicable cost. The rooms are located between the ground floor and the first floor; the building has no elevator. The furnished terrace is available for guests staying in the Zea & Lea, Ametista, and Clandestina rooms. Wi-Fi is available for free throughout the property, and a self-service laundry is nearby. Online check-in is welcome to expedite the arrival procedures, but the identity of guests will always be verified in person. We accept the main electronic payment methods.
