90 square meter apartment consisting of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with a double bed, ideal for 4 people but can comfortably accommodate up to 6. Built in the spring of 2026, personally designed down to the smallest detail with high-quality materials to provide maximum comfort to my guests. Imagine an evening with a glass of Prosecco, ready when you wake up to explore the UNESCO hills, Venice or the Dolomites. I'm available to guide you on a unique experience! The space The apartment was created by renovating the old barn in the "IL RE DELLA CANTINA CASA VACANZE" complex, which now includes the "Isidoro apartment", the "Marcella Attic", this "Francesco" apartment, and the POVERO Rè restaurant on the ground floor. With these names, I wanted to remember my grandparents who bought this house in 1936 and my father who was born here in 1939. It is by far the oldest house in Borgo Belvedere, so called because of the beautiful view of the Prosecco hills and the Venetian Prealps. Access is from the parking lot via the large iron staircase. Living room/third bedroom Upon entering, the antique larch wood gives a warm, homey feeling. On the left, the modern double sofa bed with generous dimensions of 160x200 cm and a 20-cm mattress contrasts with the antique desk and the beautiful 1950s radio-bar cabinet. The 50-inch smart TV and the beautiful view from the window complete this small relaxation area. Kitchen On the right, a modern, super-equipped kitchen with a central island complete with a "Bora" induction cooktop with integrated extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and kettle. There are plates, cutlery, glasses, pots, and everything you might need, even for a long stay. Dining area On the front wall, the solid wood table belonged to my first restaurant, which was on the ground floor in the 1990s. I personally dressed it in white as a testimony to a beautiful period of my life. On the right is a cabinet with a washing machine and dryer. The door on the same wall leads to the sleeping area. Master bedroom with bathroom On the left is the double bedroom with a headboard also made of larch wood and the master bathroom with a shower. Master bathroom On the right is the main bathroom with a large shower area and a bidet. Bedroom with a choice of two single beds or a double bed finally, a spacious room in antique larch wood. Let yourself be carried away by the unique atmosphere of this space! There is a small assortment of basic necessities in the kitchen, towels, and linens. Bike garage and parking On the ground floor, you have access to an enclosed, video-monitored bike garage. You can bring your own bike or rent one and have it delivered to the property. In the back there is a large free parking with exclusive parking space. Restaurant "Povero Re" To round out the experience, also located on the ground floor is the Povero Re restaurant: a rare added value, perfect for enjoying a dinner without having to go anywhere and experiencing the local area right at the table. On the ground floor, there is the restaurant "Povero Rè," which is recognizable thanks to the wooden facade that faces the street. Next to the restaurant, you will find a small road that goes up to the parking lot. Once you reach the parking lot, you can access the Francesco apartment via the large iron staircase. Other things to note To complete the experience, there is the "Povero Re" restaurant, located on the ground floor of the building. A place where the stay continues naturally at the table, among authentic flavors and dishes that tell the story of the territory.
