Streamside Apartments are three serviced luxury apartments quietly located next to a beautiful countryside park, yet within a few minutes of the town centre. The apartments benefits from parking right outside, on a residents only no through road. The space Streamside Penthouse is a luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom top floor apartment, with a wonderful wrap around balcony to the living room at the top of the house. With fantastic views over the town and countryside, large double doors that fully open, guests can enjoy a very private outdoor space. With comfortable lounge chairs and a small outdoor dining table they can enjoy being outside as much as they choose. If booked for 1 person at the lower rate the second bedroom and bathroom will not be available to use. The living space is incredibly light and airy due to the wrap around windows, there is a large leather reclining corner sofa, dining table and 50 inch smart TV. The open plan kitchen area is a pleasure to use, fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, and oven and stove top all fitted in. The apartment has 2 large double bedrooms, the master has a large en suite with shower and bath, 2 double wardrobes, floor to ceiling windows and a sumptuous super king bed. The second bedroom has floor to ceiling windows, king size bed, double wardrobe, a light and airy shower room next door (robes provided) This is a very special relaxing space, suitable to adults only or children over 10 due to the high balcony. No parties allowed, only registered guests in the property at any time. Other things to note No pets are allowed, except guide dogs.
