Nordic Cozy apartment

Bright, modern & comfortable private apartment located on the lower level of the owners' villa, with its own entrance. Designed to offer a cozy & functional stay. Ideal for seasonal workers, couples and families. Close to the lake & beautiful forest trails. Perfect for outdoor activities around. After a day of work or exploring, you can relax in a peaceful place surrounded by nature while still enjoying easy access to town, shops and local services. Fully equipped, includes bed linen & towels. The space The bedroom features two beds: one 120 cm wide bed and one standard single bed. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that can be set up either as a single bed or extended into a comfortable 160 cm double bed, depending on your preference. The dining area is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, boiler, toaster, etc; for your convenience. If you need to do laundry during your stay, just let us know—we'll be happy to give you access to the washing machine. The apartment also features a compact kitchenette/laundry with two electric hobs, sink and extractor hood. Although it is not a full-sized kitchen, it is fully equipped for preparing breakfast and simple meals. A washing machine is also available for guests. Guest access Guests have private access to the apartment through the left side of the house, leading to the backyard. Free parking is available in this area. You are also welcome to enjoy the garden, where you'll find outdoor tables and chairs—perfect for having breakfast, enjoying a meal, or simply relaxing among the flowers on sunny days. Other things to note Our home is conveniently located close to many of Falun's main attractions. Just a few minutes away, you'll find a beautiful sandy beach where you can swim, relax, or use the public barbecue areas for a picnic by the lake. The beach is easily accessible by car.
