Welcome to Les Soigneurs: a charming, former farmhouse from 1890, centrally located in the Belgian Ardennes. You rent the entire house completely exclusively, so there are no other guests. You have all the space to enjoy yourselves together. Perfect for a weekend with family or friends, or a business offsite/team building. Not a party venue. The space The B&B is a former farm and dates back to 1890. In addition to a shared lounge and dining area, the property has three 2-person rooms, two 4-person rooms, and a mini-gîte for 2 people. You rent Les Soigneurs as a group completely exclusively (no other guests). Layout & sleeping • 6 bedrooms / 12–16 people: 3× 2-person rooms, 2× 4-person rooms and 1 studio/mini-gîte for 2 people. • Each room has its own bathroom. Enjoy together • Cozy dining room with large fireplace (breakfast included; dinner optional). • Spacious lounge with seating, games and an honesty bar. • Terrace + large, fully fenced garden with outdoor dining area and fire pit. Eating & Drinking • Breakfast is always included • No guest kitchen • Optional: 3-course dinner / BBQ / buffet for €30 per person (only on request; please coordinate in advance) • Packed lunch: €7.50 p.p. (only on request; please coordinate in advance) Honesty bar In the salon you will find a bar with a fridge with (regional)beers, wine and fresh. Write down what you use; payment will be made at the end of your stay. Bring your own drinks (food/drinks) for use in the house is not allowed. Of course, on the go (bottle/snack) is fine. Guest access With a group booking, the entire B&B is for you: all the bedrooms, the living room, dining room, terrace and fenced garden. We live next to the B&B (separately), so you have privacy and we can help quickly if needed. Other things to note Practical info • Tourist tax: €1.50 per person per night. • Breakfast is included. • Dinner is optional and only on request (3 courses for €30 per person). • No private/guest kitchen. We are happy to take care of that for you. It's so easy. • Personal food and drink are not allowed in the house; there are restaurants and shops nearby.
