Bedrooms (sleeps 6): - Bedroom 1: King-size bed with ensuite - Bedroom 2: Double bed with shared ensuite - Bedroom 3: Double bed with shared ensuite Bathrooms: - One full bathroom with bath - One bathroom with shower - Separate WC for convenience Garden: - Private enclosed garden with decking, outdoor furniture, BBQ, and space to relax or play. Parking: - Free parking on premises for up to 4 cars. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property, including the living area, bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms, as well as the garden with BBQ. Free on-site parking for up to four cars and a washer for guest use. Other things to note Please note: This is an older cottage with plenty of character. The stairs are original to the building — they’re solid and perfectly usable, but not modern or polished. They fit with the style of the property and add to its quirky charm. STRICTLY NO PARTIES / LARGE GATHERINGS (£500 fine) - We reserve the right to charge £100 for excessive cleaning required beyond normal use after departure. - A £250 security deposit is required for all reservations. This must be paid before receiving the lockbox code. Additional Terms - No noise should be audible outside the property between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. due to sensitive neighbours. - Any breach of these rules or neighbour complaints may result in your security deposit being withheld.
