Our Basement Suite has 2 bedrooms, a large living area (1200 sq. feet) and private guest access. Located less than 2 miles from Old Town Ft. Collins, a casual cruiser bike ride will bring you to shopping, fine restaurants, and craft breweries. Property owners live upstairs. We are a licensed short term rental (STR) with the City of Fort Collins. The space What does B stand for? You choose. Bikes. We are passionate about cycling. We have bikes that can be used by guests to explore Old Town. Bed. Comfortable rooms with a living area to spread out. We live in a town where craft beer is a part of our culture. Sit at the Basement Bar and enjoy good beer and conversation. Ft Collins best-kept secret... one of a kind... 1200 sq. feet of living space! Sleeps 1-5 guests have 3/4 bath (stand up shower), + another powder room with washer & dryer access and amenities like a 5-star hotel. Rate includes 4 bicycles with locks, helmets and bike lights, high-speed wireless internet, Apple TV. We have a tandem bike too if you want to ride it. There is a bar fridge with a 6-pack of beer for you to enjoy, coffee maker and coffee and cream and tea, a toaster and utensils, plates for your use. We do not have a full kitchen. There is no bar sink in the area. The sink is in the bathroom. Winter months- the beds have heated mattress pads for added comfort. Summer cooling with ACThere is a new HVAC for the whole house that was installed in Spring 2019. The basement suite is pretty cool temperature in the summer months. Other new updates include windows and queen beds for your comfort. Guest access Guests have complete privacy and full access to this basement suite including free parking, four bicycles, WiFi, and laundry. There is a separate keyless entrance to the home. We do live upstairs and have limited interaction with our guests. There is no full kitchen.
