The space The Trinche consists of: 1) From the main house with: - on the ground floor, a spacious living/dining room of about 55 m2, a fully equipped kitchen of 30 m2, two double bedrooms with shower room and adjoining toilets, fully equipped for wheelchair access, a large entrance hall and a laundry room. - on the 1st floor: 2 large bedrooms with double bed and a spacious bathroom with old-fashioned bathtub. There is also a mezzanine above the living room. - on the 2nd floor: 2 large bedrooms including one double and one with two twin beds. and outside, a beautiful terrace facing south and west, enjoying the beautiful view of the valley. 2) A bean-shaped pool with large tiled beaches overlooking the garden and valley. 3) A building with an open part sheltered by an awning, with a barbecue area/outdoor kitchen and a large space for eating meals. The closed part of the pool house consists of a shower room and toilet. 4) The garden will seduce you with its multitude of flowers and shades of green. It was designed and planted by a landscaper, the result is pleasant. Guest access The entire house, pool, surrounding garden, parking are accessible to guests. The area around the house is not fenced, but the house is located in the heart of the family farm, which covers about 30 hectares, leaving a large accessible space. For little ones, the pool is protected by an approved and removable barrier.
