In the heart of the Caux countryside, near the famous village of Veules-les-Roses, we welcome you to a cottage resulting from the complete transformation of a carpentry workshop. You will find authentic materials, vintage tools and some surprises integrated into a comfortable and spacious home. This cottage is part of the history of our family of carpenters and thus gives life to a building doomed to demolition. The space 48 m2 single-storey, accessible to people with reduced mobility, comprising a large living room incorporating an equipped kitchen (induction stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle). The living room side offers a flat-screen TV, comfortable armchairs, reading. In winter, electric heating or pellet stove. The bedroom is spacious, equipped with blackout blinds, oak parquet. Other things to note André's carpentry shop is in the immediate vicinity of our house. My father's house, René, is about forty meters away. The property is not in an isolated environment, but rather a lively, yet quiet, one in the heart of the village of 540 inhabitants.
