House on the banks of the Rance-Côte d'Emeraude/Brittany

For a relaxing stay with family or friends, nice wooden house with modern and refined decoration, located in Brittany on the Côte d'Emeraude, in a green and quiet environment. It can accommodate up to 8 people, has a large enclosed garden, a large wooden terrace to the south and parking for 3 cars. Ideal location: near Dinard and Saint Malo (10 to 15 minutes by car), 10 minutes walk from the Bords de Rance and a slipway to swim in the Rance maritime. The space Our 140 m² house is recent, with wood siding, with a nice modern decoration, it is located in a small very quiet hamlet in the countryside, has a fenced plot of 900 m², a large garden with a large wooden terrace to the south and parking for 3 cars. It can accommodate up to 8 people with 1 master suite for 2 people with private shower room and upstairs: 2 large bedrooms with 3 possible beds each. * On the ground floor: an independent entrance/a large main room facing south also overlooking the terrace with a sitting area, a living area (with a dining table for 8 people) and a kitchen open to the living room (a central island, a 4-burner induction hob, 1 oven and 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 1 large refrigerator and built-in cupboards)/a master suite overlooking the terrace with a double bed (160 x 190) and a shower room/A separate toilet in the entrance/A back kitchen (adjacent to the kitchen) with a sink and a washing machine. * Floor: 2 very large bedrooms each equipped with a double bed (140 x 190) + another bed in the antechamber (a single bed in one and a sofa bed 1 large place in the other), a large bathroom (shower, bathtub and toilet) and a desk in the Mezzanine. We provide bed linen and towels, tea towels, cleaning products as well as all basic supplies (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, rice, pasta, spices...) as well as a barbecue. You can walk from the house to very nice hikes along the Rance and even swim in the Rance maritime (several coves and a beach in Minhic sur Rance). Our geographical location is ideal for discovering Dinard, Saint Malo but also the medieval city of Dinan (20 km), Cap Fréhel (30 km) and the famous Mont St Michel (57 km) among others! Guest access You will have access to the parking lot, the garden, the whole house but not the garage, nor the studio attached to the house. Other things to note For your information, the accommodation is not suitable for people allergic to cats. Indeed we have a cat that will be transferred and fed in our garage by our son, and the complete cleaning will be done before your arrival, but we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens related to our cat.
