Forget your worries in this spacious and serene home. You will find rest and relaxation in this former farmhouse, recently renovated to welcome you. On a farm (mixed cropping) close to the Gers and only 38 km from Toulouse, near Blagnac and Airbus, it is the ideal place for business stays as well as for vacationers who can enjoy the countryside, villages and typical markets here, as well as the proximity to the city and its cultural activities. The space On the ground floor: entrance, kitchen/dining room, living room, toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (3 single 90 cm beds) (1 double 160 cm bed), bathroom, toilet. Electric heating. 2 other lodgings on the same property (capacity 2 people and 6/8 people). Private, unfenced garden, courtyard for parking. Option for remote work on site and an extra bed for 5 separate beds. Guest access From Toulouse, take the road to Colomiers (N124) and continue to Exit 9. There, head towards Saint-Lys. Go through the village, then follow Sainte-Foy-de-Peyrolières. Also go through Sainte-Foy towards Lombez. At the exit, just before the sign, turn left towards the cemetery, then follow the signs for "gîte" to Lartigole. Buses: In Ste Foy village, 1 km away. Lio Occitanie line: 365 (Boulogne sur Gesse - Samatan - Toulouse) and line 305 (Rieumes - Fontenilles - Toulouse Arenes) Train or metro access: Basso Cambo on line A of the Toulouse metro, about 15-20 minutes by car. Ample parking available. The nearest train station is Muret (direct access to Toulouse), 20 minutes by car from the cottage. Other things to note The municipality of the cottage, Sainte-Foy-de-Peyrolières, has 3 lakes, including 1 that is a 2 km walk from the cottage, and the GR86 passes less than 1 km from the cottage: a perfect place for fishing and hiking! The St Lys swimming pool is only 5 km away (see photo), the Tépacap tree climbing park and the Ferme du Paradis animal park are in Rieumes, 10 km away, and Muret (aquatic center, swimming lake) is 20 km away. On the property: a bowling green, trampoline, games for the little ones and a ping pong table will be available to you (shared by 3 cottages).
