Made of stone and wood, it hides atop a small hill overlooking the bay, just above the village beach. The space The main house holds the heart of the home: the master bedroom, the kitchen, a quiet study, the living room and dining area, that open onto a large veranda with sweeping sea views. The guestrooms are separate, each facing the crystal waters, offering both privacy and a connection to the landscape. The villa’s maximum occupancy is 16 guests over 5 double beds and 6 single beds. The total size of the villa is 480 square meters. The village is small, home to no more than 500 people. Life here is simple but full of character, fresh seafood tavernas line the shore, a few relaxed bars offer good drinks and ice cream. The main square is located just 500 meters from the main entrance. The villa is not just a retreat for quiet moments, it’s also a place for lively gatherings. The adjoining office, enclosed in glass, offers a panoramic 180° view of the garden and sea, making it the perfect place to work, read, or simply take in the surroundings. A single bed tucked into the office provides an extra place to rest without leaving the view behind. The linked bedroom features a king-size bed, ample closet space, and a TV for added comfort. Its open-plan bathroom includes a bathtub, a walk-in shower, and a dedicated vanity area. With seamless indoor-outdoor flow and thoughtful design, this suite balances function and tranquility. Equipped with a monitor for added convenience. 3. Grass Garden (150 m2) A spacious lawn with uninterrupted views of the sea. Perfect for play, picnics, or a quiet moment in nature. 4. Two Parking areas (4 cars) Ample space for up to four cars, with easy access to both the main house and cottage. Other things to note Services & Amenities House Services • Daily Cleaning – Rooms and main areas are cleaned daily to ensure a comfortable stay. • Daily Cooking – Maria, our local cook, is available for up to eight hours each day to prepare breakfast and accommodate any requests for lunch or dinner (groceries at extra cost). Guests can select their meals daily from a curated menu featuring a variety of local and seasonal dishes. • Breakfast Included – A simple breakfast is provided daily, with additional items available upon request at an extra cost. • Laundry Service – Complimentary in-house laundry service for guests. On-Site Team A dedicated team of three, our cook, cleaner, and gardener, are on duty daily to maintain the property and ensure a comfortable stay for guests.
