The space Accommodations and Comfort (Indoor) The house was designed to accommodate large groups with total comfort, ensuring space and privacy for everyone: 🛏️ 6 Spacious Bedrooms: Outfitted with comfortable beds and bedding included, ideal for nights of absolute rest. 🚿 Bathrooms: 8 full bathrooms for the group's convenience. 🍳 Fully Equipped Kitchen: With all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare great snacks and family meals. 🛋️ Social Areas: Spacious and cozy living rooms, perfect for moments of conversation, games or relaxation. The property will be entirely yours, guaranteeing complete privacy and quiet. Included in your access: The House: Full access to the 6 bedrooms, living rooms, bathrooms and equipped kitchen. Private Leisure: Exclusive use of the large swimming pool and tennis court (no shared times with third parties). Outdoor Space: The entire garden, rest areas and outdoor dining area. Parking: Private and secure parking within the property grounds for several cars. Note: The owners do not reside on the farm, so the space is 100% yours to enjoy in total privacy. Other things to note Important Information for Your Stay: 🎾 Tennis Equipment: We recommend that guests bring their own tennis equipment if they wish to use the court. 🏊‍♂️ Pool Safety: The pool has no permanent surveillance. We ask for special attention and constant supervision if you are traveling with young children. 🌾 Country Life: As it is a rural property surrounded by nature, it is normal to hear typical country sounds (such as roosters, birds, or frogs) and, depending on the time of year, to find some insects outside. It's part of the charm of rural tourism! 🧹 Maintenance of the Space: To ensure that everything remains perfect, the swimming pool and the garden require regular maintenance. The pool is maintained discreetly at times to be agreed upon with the guests, always respecting their privacy. 🚯 Waste Management: We ask guests to put their garbage in the respective containers located outside the property during and at the end of their stay. 🚭 Smoking Policy: Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.
