The space The house has a large, cozy living room with a sitting area, dining area and equipped kitchen, ideal for sharing time with others while maintaining a smooth flow of movement in the accommodation. In the accommodation: Spread over 5 bedrooms, the sleeping areas can accommodate group stays while offering several dedicated spaces: • 3 bedrooms with queen-size beds • 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds and 1 double bed • 1 bedroom with sofa bed The accommodation also has 2 shower rooms and 1 bathroom, making daily organization easier during stays with several people. Outside, enjoy the garden, the pool, and a barbecue available for sharing meals with family or friends. Security deposit: A bank card authorization of €1,500 will be required before check-in via a secure platform. This security deposit is not collected and is automatically released after the stay if no deterioration, damage, or additional costs are noted. Guest access You will fully enjoy the whole accommodation, the garden, the pool as well as the outdoor areas of the property throughout your stay. Parking is available on site for simplicity. Your arrival is organized by the concierge to allow you to start your stay in the best conditions. Other things to note The end of stay cleaning is included in your reservation so you can enjoy your stay to the fullest. Just thank you for returning the listing with a minimum of tidying up. We also ask that you take care of the place during your stay. In case of damage or the need for an exceptional restoration, a request may be made via the platform in accordance with the booking conditions. So that everyone can enjoy their stay serenely and with respect for the neighborhood, parties and noise are not allowed.
