This is also where the parking space shared with the owners is located. - North side: the terrace, also in slate, extends into the 4000 m² garden shared with the owners, where the flower beds and relaxation areas compete with each other. Outdoor games, trampoline, hammocks, swings and a pétanque court will entertain you. Everyone will find their place, their little corner. To discover: access to the herb garden and the owners' orchard. The cottage is adjoining a storage room and the owners' building. Good to know: a new cottage for 2 people on the property, totally self-contained. Fiber-optic internet access. The Rulinen gite is part of an authentic hamlet on the Route du Lin (hence its name). A former farmhouse over 2 centuries old, the owners have made it a very pleasant place to live, conducive to rest and to discovering the surrounding nature. In fact, the Trieux banks long-distance hiking trail passes 500 m below. The cottage exudes a lot of sophistication and charm, no doubt due to the many unique pieces that furnish it, including furniture by Raphaël and signed creations by contemporary designers.
