You'll find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, pool, grill, private parking, Wi-Fi and direct access to the beach. Therefore, we ask that you respect the following rules during your stay: • Smoking is not allowed inside the home. • No parties or events of any kind are allowed. • We expect responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. Any conduct that disturbs the peace of the property or the neighbors may result in termination of the stay and, if necessary, the involvement of the authorities. • For safety reasons, consuming alcoholic beverages or using glass containers in or around the pool is not allowed. • To protect the pool's filtration system, bringing in balloons, confetti, or any other small object that could obstruct it is not permitted. • You can enjoy music during your stay; however, if guests at the neighboring property request that you lower the volume, we appreciate keeping it moderate after 10:00 pm. • For safety reasons, it is forbidden to remain in the pool or in the outdoor areas during thunderstorms. • We are not liable for items forgotten at the end of the stay. We recommend checking the property before check-out. Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges of $50 to $350, depending on the nature of the violation or the damage caused. We also reserve the right to decline future bookings from the responsible guest.
