The area also offers options for museum lovers like The Museum of the Moving Image, Noguchi Museum, MoMa PS 1, Socrates Park with diverse venues in the summer. For outdoors activities, Astoria Park is the place to go. It renders incredible views of the city across the East River, workout equipment, tennis court, and race truck. Easy access to great shopping and more. Easy access to trains and buses within 3 blocks. The N and W lines will take you directly into Manhattan or connect with the 7 train to other parts of Queens or to Hudson Yards in in New York City. Our location is also accessible whether the arrival is at La Guardia or JFK airports. From La Guardia airport take the M60 at the Marine Terminal to Astoria Blvd/Hoyt Ave, walk to the elevated train station and take the N or W towards Manhattan for two stops. Get off at Broadway Station walk on Broadway towards 29 Street, turn left on 29, walk on the right side of the street until you get to my house 3358 29 St. From JFK, take the AirTrain to Jamaica Station, take the F or E train to Roosevelt /74 St. Station switch for the R (front cars) get of at Steinway St station, exit 34 Ave, walk on 34 Avenue towards 29 Street (about 10 blocks) turn right on 29, my house is the fourth house on the left side. From Newark Airport take a bus and get off near 28 or 23 streets. Take the N train towards Astoria, Uptown. Get off on Broadway Station and follow directions to walk to my house. Guests can aslo rent Citi bikes and enjoy bike routes connecting the five boroughs--Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island. It's a great place to live like a local, getting your own keys to come and go as you prefer. It’s the perfect spot to retreat from the crowd after a long day of touring around. The neighborhood is safe to walk at any time. If extra time is needed after check out, luggage may be left securely until the convenient time.
