Located in a quiet block yet close to a vibrant village of which has all the amenities you require. The space Our fully renovated apartment is bright & spacious with scenic views of Sandall Beat wood to the rear of the apartment. Located on the ground floor there is an open lounge/dining room with one large sofa & two sofa snug chairs, coffee table, dining table and Freeview TV. Free WIFI is also available throughout the property. There are two luxury double bedrooms, one en-suite with Power shower. Both decorated to a high standard with quality carpets & luxury bedding. There is also a separate family bathroom which also has a Power shower as well as a bath. The separate fully equipped kitchen has everything you need from fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster & kettle to an integrated washer dryer,electric oven/hob & all the cooking utensils you will need. We make sure tea, coffee, breakfast cereals etc are available for our guests. We also provide fresh quality towels, ironing board, iron & hairdryer. Our apartment has its own private allocated car parking space which is directly outside of our apartment. The whole apartment is very private & is entirely yours to use at your own leisure. If you are interested in seeing the local areas we have put together our own list of recommendations as well as a great tourist guide magazine which has all up to date info on the local area & attractions. We will leave this in the apartment upon arrival. Guest access The entire Apartment is yours to use during your stay Other things to note Strictly no smoking or pets are allowed in our property. Our apartment is in a building that doesn’t allow smoking or pets. A fine of £200 will be imposed for any violations of these house rules. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
